FAQ

Questions clients ask first.

If your question is not answered here, send it over and our team will reply directly.

What does tax planning actually involve?

Planning is the work that happens before the return. We review your income sources, entity structure, retirement and equity positions, then model the timing of income and deductions across multiple years so that filing becomes a formality rather than a surprise.

Which business services do you provide?

Business tax returns, bookkeeping and accounting, sales tax compliance, entity formation and ongoing advisory. Most business clients work with us year-round rather than seasonally.

How does a consultation work?

The first conversation is a straightforward discussion of your situation and goals, typically thirty minutes. Services are remote by default, with in-person meetings available in California by appointment.

Can you take over our bookkeeping mid-year?

Yes. We reconstruct and reconcile prior months, correct classification issues that inflate audit risk, then move you onto a clean monthly close with reporting you can actually read.

Can you help with IRS notices or unfiled returns?

Yes. We analyse the notice, confirm the underlying position, file what is outstanding and represent you directly with the IRS or the state through resolution.

Can you help with unfiled tax returns?

Yes. We bring unfiled years current, address any resulting balances, and put a structure in place — estimated payments, withholding, bookkeeping — so the issue does not repeat.
